Shipping:
At moment the customer can take the ordered goods personally in our office or at his request we can send it by the service of the Hungarian Post. The charge of the shipping is always calculated by the up-to-date price of the Hungarian Post what is shown by the Webshop after the choice of the properly option.
Please, check the shipment together with the postman and if the products is injured or any accessories misses, record it in the minutes and do not accpet the shipment.
Payment:
The customers needs to transfer the payment to our bank account in advance. The payment includes the price of the goods and the shipping cost. We send a Proforma Invoice to the customer by fax or e-mail about the necessary cost. The ordered goods will be delivered after receiving the necessary amount on our bank account.
If the customer want to take the product personally, he can pay by cash in our office.
We send or give the Commercial Invoice together with the goods.
Warranty:
The warranty period is usually 12 month. The customer can assert the warranty in our office. If the warranty period is different, it is shown by our Webshop.
During the warranty period the returned goods has not any problem we will charge 1 000 HUF (or 50 USD, or 40 EUR) + VAT handling fee.
For the RMA process we need a description about the probkem and the warranty document of the goods.
For the replacement we need the original package of the good together with all of the accessories (cables, manuals, CD, etc). Unfortunately we cannot effort to replace the wrong product for a new one lacking of any accessories or package.
The warranty is terminated if any of below is existence:
The goods is injured, there is a physical damage on the products.The warranty label on the goods misses or injured.The serial number of the goods "misses" or injured.The products, that have been marked, written on or tampered with any other way.The products that have been mishandled, damaged due to power surges, brown outs or struck by lightening.
Please, take into consideration the shipping and handling charge of the RMA goods is charged by the customer. |
